How We Started
MLSKILLING CENTRE was founded in Kampala, Uganda, with a single mission: to make practical craft skills accessible to learners everywhere through high-quality online video education. What began as a local training initiative has grown into a global online academy.
Our courses are taught by experienced artisans who have spent years perfecting their craft. Every lesson is designed to be followed along at home with affordable, locally-sourced materials — no expensive equipment or dedicated workshop required.
From craft shoe making to turning plastic bottles into beautiful household items, our platform continues to grow with new courses that reflect the creativity and resourcefulness of skilled craftspeople — and serve a worldwide community of learners.
